Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Client Services Operations Support Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to management
  • Utilizing systems exports and analyzes data to resolve business issues
  • Analyzing and documenting business processes and metrics

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education, training, and work experience
  • 4+ years of business analysis, operational, or analytical related experience
  • Ability to perform advanced functions within MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
  • Knowledge of general business, corporate operations, and structure
  • Experience with Office Product Suite
  • Mortgage industry experience
