A technology company has an open position for a Remote Client Services Operations Support Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing research and analysis to support business operations and presents findings to management
- Utilizing systems exports and analyzes data to resolve business issues
- Analyzing and documenting business processes and metrics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combinations of education, training, and work experience
- 4+ years of business analysis, operational, or analytical related experience
- Ability to perform advanced functions within MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables, VLOOKUP's)
- Knowledge of general business, corporate operations, and structure
- Experience with Office Product Suite
- Mortgage industry experience
