Remote Client Services Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Client Services Account Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for clients and clinics to obtain medical surveillance records
• Provide ongoing communication and customer service to all client and clinic contacts
• Coordinate and communicate medical and substance abuse testing record submissions

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; BS preferred
• One to three years of experience in customer service or patient care setting
• Proficiency in English and Microsoft Office
• Customer service orientation
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
