Job Summary
A business services firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Services Representative in Cincinnati.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify loads that require attention and communicate sense of urgency
- Assist Broker with wide range of account needs
- Update IEL Brokers, Customers, Carriers, Shippers, and Receivers
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment
- High school degree or GED
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work on multiple tasks in a time sensitive environment
- Transportation or logistics related work experience
