Job Summary
A non-profit financial services organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Services Representative in New York City.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide information, service, and assistance related to pension, health and welfare plans
- Take inbound calls and working on client request via a variety of channels
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Meet or exceed performance standards in both quality and efficiency
- Intermediate computer skills
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written), interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proven ability in judgment and handling angry/irate customers
- Ability to explain complex information simply
