Job Summary
A conversational commerce platform is in need of a Remote Client Services Senior People Business Partner.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be a trusted advisor and thought leader to managers and an advocate for employees
- Provide coaching and consultative support to employees & managers in the business units you support
Position Requirements Include:
- 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a minimum of 3 years in an HRBP capacity in a high-growth and/or tech environment
- Previous experience supporting software engineering functions is required
- Demonstrated experience leading and executing on large-scale change management within dynamic environments
