Job Summary
A medical genetics company is filling a position for a Remote Client Services Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Help troubleshoot system issues and/or educate providers and patients
- Answer telephone calls throughout the work day
- Update clients about the status of orders
Position Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience working in a client-facing role
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking capabilities
- Experience using Google Apps, Mac OS X, and CRM applications such as Salesforce
