Job Summary

A global court reporting company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Services Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Monitoring production table and rush board and prioritize jobs in order of due date
• Researching client issues and billing-related disputes to address client concerns and reach a positive resolution
• Providing estimated transcript/job costs to clients and production department

Qualifications Include:

• Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in mathematics, and experience with Microsoft Office product
