A digital solutions company is in need of a Remote Client Services Specialist in Greater Philadelphia Area.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage and create reports
- Process cancellation projects
- Troubleshoot general incoming emails
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to work remotely and travel as required
- 2-5 years of administrative/customer service experience
- Experience with CRM software- contact database system
- Social Media knowledge
- Data entry experience
- Ability to learn internal programs and systems
