A provider of business problem solutions has an open position for a Remote Client Services Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Ensuring successful delivery of service for assigned customer accounts
- Providing effective communication and processes alignment to guide and support customer teams
- Overseeing service delivery in meeting or exceeding client service level agreements
Position Requirements Include:
- Travel requirement: 10-15%
- 2+ years Account/Program management experience
- Proven track record of ability to oversee customer program portfolio of projects and services
- Strong business acumen and ability to provide team coaching in matrix organization
- Proactive approach to managing customers and overall business strategies
- Excellent organizational skills
