Job Summary

A provider of business problem solutions has an open position for a Remote Client Services Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring successful delivery of service for assigned customer accounts
  • Providing effective communication and processes alignment to guide and support customer teams
  • Overseeing service delivery in meeting or exceeding client service level agreements

Position Requirements Include:

  • Travel requirement: 10-15%
  • 2+ years Account/Program management experience
  • Proven track record of ability to oversee customer program portfolio of projects and services
