Job Summary
A non-profit organization has an open position for a Remote Client Services Technician.
Must be able to:
- Offer appropriate education of products and services
- Respond real time to customer Inbound questions and problem
- Make outbound calls to touch base with new customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year of related experience in a customer service and/or technical support environment
- Understanding of wired and wireless home networks using multiple network technologies
- Working knowledge of computers, smart phones, tablets and other peripheral devices.
- Ability to pass an extensive background check
