Job Summary
Driving revenue and managing high volumes of customer interactions, the full-time Remote Client Solutions Partner will handle inbound leads, pursue new business opportunities, and maintain relationships with high-value accounts to enhance CharterUP's reputation for excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Exceed performance metrics related to conversion rates, revenue targets, and account growth
- Manage inbound leads while executing targeted outbound efforts to secure repeat and new business
- Utilize technology to create accurate trip quotes and maintain operational precision across various systems
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles with a track record of exceeding goals
- Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a book of business and deepen client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools, including Salesforce and Outreach
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and optimize outcomes
- History of competitive achievement in performance-driven environments
