Job Summary

A business services company is filling a position for a Remote Client Solutions Specialist II in Richmond.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of vehicle condition
• Locating, starting, moving, inspecting, and returning vehicles on dealer’s lots safely
• Developing and strengthening relationships with dealers

Required Skills:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
• Understand basic vehicle valuation methods and guide dealers on GFB and floor pricing
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Ability to engage customers in a consultative manner
• Solid computer skills, including ability to use Internet and MS Office effectively
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills required
