Remote Client Solutions Vice President

Job Summary

A business services company is in need of a Remote Client Solutions Vice President.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Selling to Existing Clients
• Progress Reporting
• Expanding business footprint with existing clients by effectively achieving highest ROI and long-term benefits

Qualifications Include:

• Occasional travel domestically and/or internationally (20-30%)
• 10+ years of client management and/or combination of client management and call center operations
• Strong experience with BPO based contract negotiations and management
• 10+ years in BPO Contact Center Space with track record of driving record revenue
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
• Proven track record in solutions-based relationships
