Job Summary
A healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Client Success Advocate.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders on projects to drive change and provide insight
- Participating on special project teams for the creation of tools, documents, and processes to enable improvements
- Providing consultation to the Sales and AM team
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel 10% of the time
- 5+ years demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst/Consultant required
- 10+ years of healthcare industry experience required
- Experience with EDI trends and tracking, territory modeling, sales/account management commission tracking, and Payer market trends
- Six Sigma Green Belt required
- Strong working knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen tools, problem solving / root cause analysis and process management required
