Job Summary

A health and wellness technology company has an open position for a Remote Client Success Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Track leading indicators of contractual results, renewals and upsell, and analyze them to understand what’s going well and what’s not
  • Report to to multiple stakeholders - clients, executives and the board on client results, renewals and upsell forecasts
  • Provide materials and data that help CSMs work more effectively

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years experience working with enterprise/commercial initiatives that serve Pharma, Health Plan and/or Employer organizations
  • Passion for designing processes that scale
  • Ability to break down ambiguous problems into concrete, manageable components and think through optimal solutions
  • You enjoy “getting your hands dirty” by digging into complex operations
  • You take a high degree of ownership over your work
  • Clear communicator with professional presence
