The Client Relationship Champion has a warm, bubbly personality that loves speaking, managing and working with people. You must have at least 2-3 years experience in a similar role with particular focus on online marketing and business growth and managing a team of like minded professionals. The Client Relationship Champion will be comfortable managing projects remotely and servicing our clients and Client Success Team.

You will:
Meet with the Team weekly
Review standards for quality
Meet with clients that may have elevated issues
Adopt a problem-solving approach to challenges that may arise
Mentor new and existing team members
Be the point of contact for the team as well working closely with other departments to improve our clients' experience.
