Job Summary

A planning and consulting firm is seeking a Remote Client Success Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Onboarding the client and the follow-through to complete the fulfillment process
  • Assisting with answering questions or engaging the proper department to assist
  • Responding to all correspondence within 1 business day

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of customer service background
  • Demonstrated comfort working with technology and word processing systems
  • Proven high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to establish rapport with our clients and build strong relationships with our clients in a friendly and confident manner
  • Ability to prioritize work and complete duties accurately and timely
  • Ability to accommodate calling and/or corresponding via email with our clients to provide information, answer questions and/or follow through on requests
