Job Summary

A legal advisory company is seeking a Remote Client Success Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Working with the client to coordinate their needs to answer questions
  • Deploying email communication with clients is also part of the normal daily duties
  • Reaching out to 15 clients per day with talk time is expected to increase to around 3-5 hours daily

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service background
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional-level work experience
  • Calling and/or corresponding via email with our clients
  • Utilize the resources and knowledge of each of our professionals
