• 5 years of directly relevant experience in a similar role
• Proven ability to promote products and services and align to client needs/goals
• Proven ability to collaborate with and influence client executives/leadership
• Demonstrated examples of partnerships with Sales to realize upsell and cross-sell revenue
• Proven ability to advocate internally across functions to attain client success by exceeding expectations
