Job Summary
33Vincent is looking for a motivated self-starter to fill the role of Client Success EA Relationship Manager. The Client Success EA Relationship Manager (CSEARM) will work closely with the Director of Client Success (DCS) and the Client Success Accounts Manager (CSAM) to expertly facilitate the client-executive assistant (EA) match process and onboarding. Ongoing priorities include supporting EAs in reviewing, internalizing, and executing their client onboarding, and continuously looking for ways to improve the client-EA match process.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and extensive understanding of what an EA needs to be successful. This rockstar team member will be able to quickly and effectively digest large amounts of information and adjust turnaround times on pace with client need. This person will turn detailed notes into materials EAs can use to get up-to-speed on their client, and will set EAs up for ongoing success in managing their client's day-to-day.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and respect for deadlines, have daily availability as the main EA point of contact, show a strong understanding of the overall goals of the Client Success team, and exhibit a high regard for confidentiality relating to client-sensitive data, EA performance, and financial information. In addition, the candidate should demonstrate the ability to be self-directed and accountable for follow-through on all assigned tasks.
In its current scope, this role is expected to take 20 hours/week with the opportunity to grow hours in 2020 based on need. This position reports to the Director of Client Success.
