Job Summary
A customer experience outsourcing services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Success Insights and Analytics Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Engage executives in the strategic planning, definition and prioritization of their analytic program needs
- Ensure clients understand and experience the value of company solutions and services
- Deliver regular updates to internal teams on success metrics and case studies
Required Skills:
- US remote position with occasional travel; < 10%.
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- 3 + years in areas of solution adoption, client management in contact center space
- Consulting around solution/application/product adoption
- Knowledge of analytics solutions
- Ability to work independently and with others
