Job Summary

A customer experience outsourcing services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Success Insights and Analytics Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Engage executives in the strategic planning, definition and prioritization of their analytic program needs
  • Ensure clients understand and experience the value of company solutions and services
  • Deliver regular updates to internal teams on success metrics and case studies

Required Skills:

  • US remote position with occasional travel; < 10%.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 3 + years in areas of solution adoption, client management in contact center space
  • Consulting around solution/application/product adoption
  • Knowledge of analytics solutions
  • Ability to work independently and with others
