This role will also involve managing marketing projects ranging from website development, digital and print ads, social media, and more. Key Responsibilities:
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
Understand project scope, requirements and resource needs by collaborating with sales, support team, and clients
Gather all assets from clients in a timely and organized fashion
Manage client profiles in Salesforce
Provide clear direction to internal teams, setting expectations and due dates for deliverables
Effectively manage client requests in a timely manner
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Job Summary:
Full time, 40 hours per week. During busy times, more than 40 hours per week may be required
Salaried position, $3000 to $5000 per month, depending on experience

Remote position with the ability to work anywhere
Working hours of 8am to 5pm PST is our preference but not a deal breaker

Basic Qualifications:
3-4 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, or similar role
Marketing experience
Excellent customer service
Ability to effectively manage resources
Able to lead a team
Driven to deliver results
Highly organized
Exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
Experience with website management
Collaborative relationship builder
Attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with project management tools such as TaskRay, SalesForce, Zendesk
Dental industry experience or knowledge
