This role will also involve managing marketing projects ranging from website development, digital and print ads, social media, and more. In order to be considered for this role you must have experience in the dental industry and a thorough understanding of marketing techniques, approaches and principles. Job Summary:
Full-time, 40 hours per week. During busy times, more than 40 hours per week may be required
Salaried position, $5,000 to $6,000 per month, depending on experience

Remote position with the ability to work anywhere
Work a 9/80 schedule - This means you can have every other Friday off!
Must reside in the United States

Key Responsibilities:
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and stakeholders
Be able to advise your clients on marketing strategies, both in suggesting new strategies and in offering improvements/revisions to client-suggested strategies
Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
Carry and present yourself as the digital marketing authority to clients. Be able to make suggestions that will have real impacts, and be confident in telling a client when an idea will or will not work
Understand project scope, requirements and resource needs by collaborating with sales, support teams, and clients
Gather all assets from clients in a timely and organized fashion
Lead onboarding calls for new clients, introducing them to SMC's team, guiding them on our process, and helping them feel confident in their decision to work with our company
Manage client profiles in Salesforce
Provide clear direction to internal teams, setting expectations and due dates for deliverables
Effectively manage client requests in a timely manner
Manage multiple projects simultaneously

Basic Qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience as an Account Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
1+ years of marketing experience
Excellent customer service
Ability to effectively manage resources
Able to lead a team
Driven to deliver results
Highly organized
Exceptional communicator (verbal and written)
Experience with website management
Experience with digital marketing
Collaborative relationship builder
Attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years dental industry experience or knowledge
Experience with project management tools such as TaskRay, Salesforce, Zendesk
