Job Summary

A real estate technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Evaluate client accounts and contact clients for additional training and support
  • Receive inbound calls, texts and emails from clients and troubleshoot their problems
  • Provide one-on-one client training on company systems, best practices and success strategies

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, Dropbox
  • Experience with Gotomeeting, Mailchimp and other web-based tools
  • Must be extremely organized and detail-oriented and able to quickly learn new processes and procedures
  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects and workloads and strong problem solving skills
  • Experience with inbound and outbound calls (note, this is not a sales role)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
