Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Client Success Manager in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee client support logs to ensure timely completion
  • Providing technical and/or functional support to Client System Managers
  • Develop and conduct client-facing WebEx educational sessions, as identified

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Travel required - 25%
  • Minimum of two to five years of midas experience at client site or equivalent
  • Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and function in a complex and evolving environment
  • Ability to function effectively on a work team
  • Experience with customer service, support and recovery
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
