Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Client Success Manager in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee client support logs to ensure timely completion
- Providing technical and/or functional support to Client System Managers
- Develop and conduct client-facing WebEx educational sessions, as identified
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel required - 25%
- Minimum of two to five years of midas experience at client site or equivalent
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and function in a complex and evolving environment
- Ability to function effectively on a work team
- Experience with customer service, support and recovery
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
