Job Summary
A ticket sales company is in need of a Remote Client Success Manager in San Francisco.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse roster of clients
- Troubleshooting reported issues and advising clients on potential work-arounds
- Conducting audits of client event builds to ensure proper programming
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- H.S. diploma or equivalent
- 2 - 5 years of experience in ticketing, account management, or a client facing technology role
- Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to effectively handle multiple active projects simultaneously
