Job Summary

A ticket sales company is in need of a Remote Client Success Manager in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse roster of clients
  • Troubleshooting reported issues and advising clients on potential work-arounds
  • Conducting audits of client event builds to ensure proper programming

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours
  • H.S. diploma or equivalent
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in ticketing, account management, or a client facing technology role
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to effectively handle multiple active projects simultaneously
