Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Client Success Partner.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Maintaining full ownership of a book of business
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to your client base
  • Identifying and developing multi-level relationships with key decision makers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Possible travel in the future
  • Proven success in all facets of key account management/client success
  • Prior experience developing and running Background Screening and Compliance Programs
  • Experience working with all levels of HR as well as the ability to deal with executive management
  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior level decision makers within organizations
  • Superior program management, presentation and negotiation skills
