Job Summary
A provider of cloud-based talent management software solutions has a current position open for a Remote Client Success Services Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading and managing a team of CSMs, including hiring, coaching and retaining
- Providing guidance in client relationship management & talent management
- Managing the quality of Client Success Services offerings
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 15-30%
- B.A./B.S. or equivalent experience in HR, Organizational Development, or Training
- 3 years of experience using company's application or comparable product
- Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
