Job Summary

A non-profit organization dedicated to personalized learning for students in low-income communities has a current position open for a Remote Client Success Specialist.

Must be able to:

Deliver high-quality Family Playlist product training
Communicate feedback to inform product and content development
Become an expert on our organization's online platform featuring Family Playlists

Qualifications Include:

Passion for our organization's mission and values
2+ years of k-12 teaching experience
Experience using EdTech tools in the classroom
Experience leading presentations and/or training sessions
High degree of comfort in facilitating meetings using Zoom or similar tool
Proven organizational and problem-solving skills
