Job Summary

A pharmaceutical retailer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Support Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Performing day-to-day client support activities
  • Managing the resolution status of routine to complex requests
  • Optimizing plan changes and analyzing complex problems

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be able to travel up to 30%
  • 1+ years of previous account management experience
  • Prior Healthcare experience managing insurance, healthcare, or benefit accounts
  • CRM software experience
  • Bachelor's Degree required
