Job Summary

An information technology company is in need of a Remote Client Support Advocate.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to client questions and issues Zendesk by email, phone, and chat
  • Identifying client needs and successfully implement solutions
  • Maintaining status of issues in our support ticketing system and follow-up on escalated issues

Qualifications Include:

  • Proven track record of great client support experience
  • Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and successfully implement solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
