Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative .

Must be able to:

  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, phone, and Zoom
  • Stay organized while working on multiple open issues at various stages of completion
  • Communicate effectively to technical staff as well as end-users, including communicating root cause to clients in non-technical terms

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
  • Experience: 2-3+ years experience in an IT-related position or customer support rolE
  • Analytical mindset who enjoys solving problems
  • Ability to multitask and keep track of dozens of open issues with competing priorities and deadlines
  • Strong history of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Patience when handling tough cases
