Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative .
Must be able to:
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via email, phone, and Zoom
- Stay organized while working on multiple open issues at various stages of completion
- Communicate effectively to technical staff as well as end-users, including communicating root cause to clients in non-technical terms
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience
- Experience: 2-3+ years experience in an IT-related position or customer support rolE
- Analytical mindset who enjoys solving problems
- Ability to multitask and keep track of dozens of open issues with competing priorities and deadlines
- Strong history of written and verbal communication skills.
- Patience when handling tough cases
