A payments technology company is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Take inbound calls to assist customers by answering questions
- Provide email support to merchants and sales partners by responding to requests
- Manage returned mail by contacting merchant via email regarding returned mail
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
