Job Summary

A software technology company is in need of a Remote Client Support Representative I.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Troubleshooting includes download and update of key software dependencies
  • Analyzing and resolving issues working independently and with other members of the team
  • Providing internal feedback to resolve issues and/or enhance product based on client

Qualifications Include:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
  • 1 years experience in a client service or technical support role
  • Good written and oral communication skills
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Passionate about delivering an excellent client experience
