Job Summary

A global leader in workforce solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing daily customer service support to clients
  • Client setup and implementation for computer-based testing, paper/pencil exams and on-line and record and review exams
  • Timely resolution of client inquiries and complaints through use of electronic ticketing system

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • AS or BS in an information technology, business or management program / directly applicable experience can be considered in lieu of a formal degree program
  • Reasonable knowledge of current hardware and software technologies and uses
  • Knowledge and experience in the concepts, practices and procedures of customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability and skills in communicating with people of diverse background, education and experience
  • Experience with multiple web browsers, Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Must be able to obtain US Government Security Clearance
