Job Summary
A global leader in workforce solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing daily customer service support to clients
- Client setup and implementation for computer-based testing, paper/pencil exams and on-line and record and review exams
- Timely resolution of client inquiries and complaints through use of electronic ticketing system
Skills and Requirements Include:
- AS or BS in an information technology, business or management program / directly applicable experience can be considered in lieu of a formal degree program
- Reasonable knowledge of current hardware and software technologies and uses
- Knowledge and experience in the concepts, practices and procedures of customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability and skills in communicating with people of diverse background, education and experience
- Experience with multiple web browsers, Strong Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Must be able to obtain US Government Security Clearance
