Job Summary
A software design and development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Servicing incoming electronic cases, telephone, and online chat requests from clients
- Resolving basic to moderately complex issues with proprietary software
