Job Summary

A software design and development firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Client Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Servicing incoming electronic cases, telephone, and online chat requests from clients
Resolving basic to moderately complex issues with proprietary software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
