Job Summary
A planning and consulting firm is in need of a Remote Client Tax Administrator.
Must be able to:
- Work with Salesforce CRM system to access information and assist with reports
- Assist Client Tax Coordinators with duties related to the tax return process
- Contact clients for additional information via email and telephone
Position Requirements Include:
- Minimum 2 years of customer service background
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize work and complete duties accurately and timely
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Excellent Computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
