Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Client Technical Support Representative.

Must be able to:

  • Provide consultation, training and support to the client before, during and after implementation
  • Understand and manage client expectations
  • Ensure client priorities and high impact items are addressed in a timely manner

Qualifications Include:

  • Minimal travel
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience accompanied with a High School Diploma/GED
