A health insurance company is seeking a Remote Client Workforce Planning Process and Data Analytics Senior Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Effectively manage and lead a team of analysts
- Lead and/or develop data and reporting that effectively manages the operations
- Participate in strategic business development initiatives
Position Requirements Include:
- Advanced skills using MS Excel
- Proficient in MS Access, MS PowerPoint
- Ability to develop solid working relationships and establish a high level of credibility across the operations
- Ability to drive and influence business partners to meet operational goals
- Excellent communication skills: written, oral and listening skills
