Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Client Workforce Strategic Planning Lead Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the end-to-end billing relationship
- Partnering with offshore Global Service Partner to improve the client experience and reduce financial risk
- Communicating via telephone and email to delinquent clients in order to drive collection of outstanding premiums
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong Technical and analytical skills
- 2+ years in billing or finance
- Ability to effectively problem-solve issues to resolution
- Basic knowledge of multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets
- Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
