Remote Clinical Account Manager

Job Summary

A healthcare company is in need of a Remote Clinical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients and account managers to provide clinical expertise
• Provide superior clinical consultation and clinical account management with a focus on client satisfaction
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and cost savings opportunities

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s and Advanced Degree in Pharmacy, RPh or Pharm D
• Current and unrestricted Pharmacist license
• 5+ years of experience working as a licensed pharmacist
• 3+ years of experience working in a client-facing role with external clients
• Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for the customer experience and customer satisfaction
