Job Summary
A managed healthcare company has an open position for a Work from Home Clinical Administration Supervisor in the Central or Eastern Time Zones.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing work load balance and reassigning cases when needed
- Working to recruit, train, mentor and orient new and existing department staff
- Managing IPC adherence to work and lunch schedules
Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or higher level of education
- Two years of experience in Medical/Utilization Management in a managed care setting
- Two years leadership experience
- Experience in using MS Windows based PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to perform ICD-9, CPT and HCPC coding
