Job Summary
A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Clinical Administrative Coordinator.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Respond to Incoming Provider and Enrollee calls
- Resolve Customer Service inquiries
- Provide high quality Customer Service to both Providers and Enrollees
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must live in a location within 60 miles of an office
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- 1+ years of professional experience in an office / customer service environment
- Experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments
- Experience in a Clerical or Administrative support related role
- Previous experience working with Microsoft Office
