Job Summary
An insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Clinical Administrative Coordinator .
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Receiving inbound calls to enroll members &/or provide customer service
- Applying knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day
- Making outbound calls to members
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working in a call center environment
- 2 years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry
- High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
- Ability to create, edit, save, and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
