Job Summary

An insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Clinical Administrative Coordinator .

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Receiving inbound calls to enroll members &/or provide customer service
  • Applying knowledge/skills to activities that often vary from day to day
  • Making outbound calls to members

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Experience working in a call center environment
  • 2 years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
  • Ability to navigate a PC to open applications, send emails, and conduct data entry
  • High School Diploma/GED (or higher)
  • Ability to create, edit, save, and send documents utilizing Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
