Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Clinical Administrative Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to Incoming Provider and Enrollee calls
  • Providing high quality Customer Service to both Providers and Enrollees
  • Resolving Customer Service inquiries

Required Skills:

  • High School Diploma / GED or higher
  • 1+ years of professional experience in an office / customer service environment
  • Experience in an office setting using the telephone and computer as the primary instruments
  • Experience in a Clerical or Administrative support related role
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office
  • Computer experience including, but not limited to, ability to learn new computer system applications
