Job Summary
A life insurance, accident insurance, and Medicaid and Medicare service provider has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Analytics Business Analytics Advisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze large healthcare claims using Toad, SQL, SAS, Teradata, etc
- Utilize statistical software such as SAS, R, Python to perform statistical tests and studies
- Collaborate with matrix partners to understand project developments, assess impacts to data and analytics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with Tableau or similar visualization software
- Previous experience conducting program evaluation/outcomes research methods and data mining is required
- 3+ years' of healthcare-related data/analytics experience solving business problems through the application of analytic approaches
- Experience with statistical software program SAS/SAS EG, R and/or Python is required
- Statistics experience in: significance testing, coarsened exact matching, multivariate regression, etc
- Comprehension of healthcare data and demonstrated understanding of health care and delivery system processes
