Job Summary

A healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Clinical Analytics Medical Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Aligning organizational resources to execute needed activities related to the development of analytical tools and products
• Aligning current portfolio of analytics to promote insight driven decision making at the executive/ all levels of the organization
• Leading the vision, strategy development, and product roadmaps of the Digital Data & Analytics Organization

Qualifications Include:

• Proven experience enhancing the efficiency of an analytics function and its effect on organizational performance
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position productizing clinical analytics and/or using analytics
• Knowledge of using analytics in driving health plan performance and leveraging analytics to manage a P&L or experience delivering insight/analytics
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills
