A technology company has an open position for a Remote Clinical and Technical Education Support Representative.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing the support of customers encountering problems using the LMS
- Supporting the tracking and maintenance of revenue opportunities
- Enabling training courses and schedules using internal systems

- Ability to rapidly absorb detailed information and translate it into correct messaging
- Results-oriented, capable of managing and driving the completion of multiple competing projects
