Remote Clinical Appeals and Grievances Physician Assistant

Job Summary

A global healthcare company is filling a position for a Remote Clinical Appeals and Grievances Physician Assistant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Being responsible for ongoing clinical review & adjudication of appeals & grievances cases
• Working as part of an integrated team of Medical Director Physicians, other Physician Assistants & other members of the appeals staff
• Performing individual case reviews for appeals & grievances for various health plan & insurance product

Qualifications for this position include:

• Current Physician Assistant license in your state of residence
• Current Board Certification by National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• 3+ years clinical PA practice experience
• 1+ year of Post Acute Care experience
• Intermediate computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, Word and Excel
• Orthopedic, Geriatric, Physical Medicine and Rehab experience
