A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Clinical Appeals Nurse in Orange Park.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Determining root cause of each denial and apply company-specific coding for trending and analysis
- Presenting a concise medical summary within each appeal
- Composing clinical appeal letters
Position Requirements Include:
- Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and others as required
- At least one year case management experience required
- State RN or LPN License required
- Able to work effectively with other employees, patients and external parties
- Professional presentation skills needed to represent facilities in legal issues
- Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of organizational policies
